Getting Started with Primal Labs

Welcome to Primal Labs! This guide will walk you through creating your first workout program and getting it ready for sale.

Step 1: Create Your First Workout

Start by navigating to the Workout Builder. You'll find it in your dashboard after signing up.

The builder uses a drag-and-drop interface that makes it easy to structure your workout:

  1. Add blocks for different sections (circuits, supersets, AMRAP, etc.)
  2. Search and add moves from our extensive library
  3. Configure sets, reps, and rest periods
  4. Add notes for form cues and coaching tips

Step 2: Add to a Program

Once you have a few workouts, combine them into a structured program:

  • Sequence-based: Day 1, Day 2, Day 3...
  • Calendar-based: Weekly patterns with specific days

Programs help clients follow a complete training plan, not just random workouts.

Step 3: Set Your Price

When you're ready to sell:

  1. Set your workout or program to "Paid"
  2. Choose your price point
  3. Add a compelling description and preview image
